“Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house,
not a creature was stirring…”
Hold on! This is Panama. There’s ALWAYS a creature stirring somewhere and I was outside when I spotted the toadstool. So…
Twas the night before Christmas when in a corner outside,
I spotted Santa Claus seated on his backside.
He looked overheated and weary atop a toadstool…
…and now you can complete the story any way that you choose.
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

It was fun writing the words. I shared plenty of laughter over this one with my husband as I decided on what to write. 😀

It began with a photo of just the toadstool, Morag. Placing Santa on the toadstool came a day later, by which time it was already showing signs of decay. I had fun. 🙂
