52 Weeks of Life Seen Through My Eyes

Ida's Photo Theme Challenge

30. One Step At A Time

While on the pier at Venice Beach, my sweet friend and I were entertained by a somewhat aggressive snowy egret who fiercely defended his territory, laying claim to the railing, and making it abundantly clear the welcome mat was not out! He kept the other egrets at bay whenever one came close. His antics were quite amusing as he pranced along the weathered balustrade. Later that evening when I looked through my photos, these three were in succession and I immediately thought of “One Step at a Time”.

  6. You and me babe! A race to the finish of this past years 52 weeks!! (I have 6 more) I told Mary that I had been shooting just not having time to post. She told me about scheduling posts setting on the left side of “New Post” page. I did one for tomorrow to try it out. I think it will be a great tool for me, and maybe you(?)…to try for next years themes. Life is so full and finding time for everything I enjoy is hard! Just thought I’d pass this tip along. Love what you are shooting. Don’t you love your SLR?

    • Thanks, Karen. I have scheduled posts before. My problem is “paralysis by analysis” with a smidgen of procrastination! I always think I can come up with something better or smarter. Go figure! lol My new camera has been challenging…so much to learn, but I’m getting into it. 🙂
