A few evenings ago, I walked outside to soak in the soft colors of dusk and relish the cooling winds. I happened to spot the moon rising above the mountains we’re privileged to enjoy every day. The western part of the range, Cordillera De Talamanca, stretches from Costa Rica through Chiriqui Province. Panamanians usually refer to the mountain range which spans the entire country as Cordillera Central, all part of the continental divide.
Photographing the moon is not my usual subject, but it seemed worth attempting to capture. Naturally, the moon is “At A Distance”.
